EHM is a privately owned business with a successful trading history. Our client base has continued to grow, built upon proven success and wide-ranging market expertise.
Since the inception of EHM International, our team has built an outstanding track record in delivering services specifically tailored to suit client requirements.
Primarily, we provided fund administration services for both private equity funds with a range of asset classes from equities, fixed income, derivatives and commodities, for a range of small to medium sized companies. Our clients ranged from small start up funds with a few investors to large asset managers with capital in excel of US$400 million, along with small, new businesses and established companies.
From this, Hiren Patel, founder and Managing Director of EHM International Limited, identified that companies could benefit from other outsourced services and total flexibility. In 2008, EHM established a back office in India and extended the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to clients in the UK. This proves to be a successful strategy in today's competitive market. The outsourcing services not only bring cost savings through costs reduction to our clients but also improve the efficiency for our clients.
In 2010, EHM established an office in Hong Kong to extend its fund administration and company administration services in the Asia Pacific market.
